Wieslaw Rutka Master – Sport – Automobiltechnik (MS) Production – Distribution Center in the period from 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2020 implements the project entitled: “Production technology of innovative oil filter with magnetic separator and electronic wear indicator” project number POIR.01-02.00-00-0268/16-00. The project concerns the development and implementation of technology for the production of innovative oil filters with magnetic separator and electronic wear indicator.

The main objective of the project is to develop a series of innovative EKO-class smart filters. The filters will include four key technologies (magnetic separation + filter material folding + measurement + diagnostics). Within the framework of these technologies, it is possible to launch a series of advanced products dedicated to the automotive sectors (including the motorsports sector).

Research on methods of forming filter material

The result of the research and development work carried out in the project will be a ready-to-implement prototype of the SMART type filter cartridge in various versions of equipment and functionality

Solutions will include the following key three product groups:

The aim of the project is to promote a group of newly developed Polish automotive products of the Master-Sport (MS Automotive) brand in foreign markets. The innovative group of products includes solutions developed in the RD department in Gorlice related to a new type of energy storage (lithium batteries equipped with control electronics, SMART systems and communications), oil filters with an innovative magnetic separator of metallic particles NeoMAG, and shock absorbers with controlled operating characteristics to ensure stability of operating conditions under any load.

The project involves the creation of an automated web-based system to optimize and automate the processes surrounding production and sales, as well as product ordering and delivery.

The result of the project will be an electronic sales system with the ability to issue invoices with electronic signatures, placing online orders both in Poland and abroad. The platform will be connected to the inventory with a system for shipping orders and integrated with the systems of business partners.
