The EU co-finances the innovative design of the Master Sport shock absorber

With the support of European Union funds Master Sport implemented an innovative design of a shock absorber. The applied solutions increase the comfort and safety of driving in severe climatic conditions at extremely low and high temperatures. The phenomena of the stiffening the shock absorber operation in very low temperatures and the loss of absorption capacity in high temperatures found in the existing solutions were both eliminated. Equipment for testing shock absorbers

As part of the expansion of Master Sport's Research and Development Department resulting from our works on the implementation of innovative design solutions, new machines for the testing of shock absorbers in laboratory conditions were purchased. The machines allowing for the performance of additional precise testing of the damping force, will be used for the purposes of in-house OEM and IAM manufacturing and for services for external entities. The development of the design of the shock absorbers is one of the projects carried out under the Innovative Economy Operational Programme co-financed by the European Union.

100 new workplaces – new Master-Sport investment to be completed in 2015

Increasing its investments in the extension of its European production facilities, Master-Sport Autmobiltechnik (MS) commenced the construction of a new production hall. This new investment will be located in a Production & Distribution Center in Poland and is justified by growing demand for company products on the primary (OEM) and secondary (IAM) markets.The state of the art production facility will provide 100 new workplaces. All works will be performed on two shifts and will be aimed at the manufacture of components commissioned by vehicle producers and OEM suppliers (among those interested in our spare parts are GM, ZF, TRW).

New PREMIUM class brake pads with ANTI-NOISE overlay

To meet customer expectations, Master-Sport Automobiltechnik (MS) products were expanded to include PREMIUM class brake pads.These products are the result of many years of research and experiments carried out by our R&D department. This work resulted in the creation and introduction of brake pads with a 3-layer ANTI-NOISE overlay. Next stage of MS development

At the turn of 1st and 2nd Quarter 2012 we plan to start the next stage of build-up of Production & Distribution Center in Gorlice. Investment includes construction and launch of a new object consisting of a series production halls - designed and constructed with a view to carry out the guidelines of ISO / TS 16949:2002 standards. 250 new fan belts and poly-bar belts – 90% of market coverage!

Master Sport also invests in complementation of current range of V- belts as well as Multi-Rib Belts to new car models, with mileage warranty of 100.000 km for each belt. 200 new suspension elements from Master-Sport

Recently Master-Sport's offer of suspension elements developed rapidly since the company introduced over 80 new positions (including wishbone sets for Audi A4(2000-2004) and Audi A4(8D-X-200001)); another 120 positions are planned to be introduced in the first half of 2010.
